On 28th June 2011, a basic agreement was concluded between the government and our lawyer and plaintiff corps.
Based on this basic agreement, "Law on Special Measures for Hepatitis B" was established.
This law let each of the victims who were persistently infected with hepatitis B virus due to continued use of syringes during group vaccination in their childhood receive benefits equivalent to the disease condition.
